Parcel is transaction management built for Florida brokerages: deals, documents, deadlines, e-signature and commissions in one place. If you work with brokers every week (as a title rep, coach, transaction coordinator or Realtor board staff), introduce them to Parcel and earn 20% of everything they pay us for their first 12 months.

A brokerage that starts its free trial through your link is tied to you for good. The trial is free for them, so nothing is earned yet.

You get paid

Every paid month for their first year earns you 20%, paid to you monthly once their payment clears.

Example: a brokerage on the $199/month unlimited plan earns you $39.80 a month, or $477.60 over the year. Ten brokerages, $4776.

Partner terms

You earn 20% of the subscription fees a brokerage actually pays Parcel during its first 12 months of paid service, when that brokerage first came to Parcel through your partner link. Free trial time, refunds, credits and unpaid invoices earn nothing.
A brokerage counts for the partner whose link it first used. A brokerage that was already a Parcel customer or trial doesn't count.
Earnings are paid monthly by Parcel, by check or bank transfer, after the brokerage's payment has cleared. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn; we may ask for a W-9.
No self-referrals: signing up your own brokerage, or one you own or manage, through your own link doesn't earn.
Be straight with people: no spam, no paid ads on the Parcel name, and no promises about Parcel we haven't made.
Parcel may change or end the program, or remove a partner who breaks these terms, with notice by email. Earnings from payments made before the end are still paid.
