Transaction management
Transaction management
Parcel keeps the checklist, the documents, the signatures, the deadlines and the money on one page per transaction, for the whole office. Built by a broker, for brokers.
Sign up by November 30. No card needed for 30 days. No contract. Your own address: yourbrokerage.parceltm.com
Checklist, documents, parties, key dates, commission and activity on one page per transaction. Nothing lives in a text thread any more.
Learn more →Place boxes (or let Parcel place them), choose who signs and who gets a copy, send. Signed copies file themselves on the deal.
Learn more →Bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key. Parcel reads contracts, sorts packets and flags compliance issues; it only ever suggests, you decide.
Learn more →Pick a plan, name your brokerage and you're in, at your own address (yours.parceltm.com). No card needed for 30 days.
Upload your logo, set your fees and splits, add your blank forms once. Connect your own AI key and Parcel places the fill-in boxes for you.
They accept by email, set a password and get a walkthrough. Their deals, their commission, their reminders.
New transaction → upload the contract → with your own AI key, Parcel fills in the parties and dates → send what needs signing → close.

Talk to Wesley, the working Florida broker who built Parcel, about what you need next.
Month to month. 30 days free on every plan when you sign up by November 30. AI is bring-your-own, so there is no markup on it.
Most transaction systems charge per seat, push commissions and payouts into a second product, and sell AI as an upgrade. Parcel is one price, one place, and your own AI key.

No. Month to month, cancel any time from Billing. Your data stays yours; export it whenever you like.
No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-transaction fee to Parcel. You pay the monthly plan after a 30-day free trial. Two extras are there only if you want them: white-glove setup ($299 once; we import everything for you) and Branded ($29/mo; clients never see the Parcel name).
Parcel was built for Florida brokerages first: its checklists and deadline rules follow Florida contracts. Other states are on the way; ask us.
No, but you get a lot more out of Parcel with one. Without AI, Parcel is a complete transaction manager: deals, documents, deadlines, e-sign, commissions, CDAs. Add a key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google and Parcel also reads every contract you upload, fills in dates and parties, sorts packets, flags compliance gaps, suggests where signature boxes go on your forms, and drafts your marketing posts. You pay the AI company directly for what you use, usually a few dollars a month for a small office; Parcel adds nothing on top.
Splits, caps, fees and referrals. CDAs for title, or pay agents by direct deposit straight from the deal. 1099 totals at year end.
A base price plus a seat for each agent.
$99/mo+ $15 per agent per month
Prices in US dollars. Stripe handles payment; Parcel never sees your card. Agent tech and desk fee billing and direct deposit use your brokerage's own Stripe account and carry Stripe's fees only.

Yes. Connect your brokerage's Stripe account and each agent sets up a card once; monthly charges run themselves.
Title can pay from a CDA Parcel generates, or you can send an agent's commission by direct deposit from the deal. Parcel keeps the ledger either way.
Yes. Import a spreadsheet or an export from your current system; Parcel matches the columns and brings deals in with their stages and dates.
