Invite an agent and Parcel collects their license number and expiration, a copy of the license, MLS and NRDS IDs, a W-9 and an emergency contact, then has them sign your ICA. You countersign and it files itself. Transferring with an ICA already on file? Tick a box and they skip it.
Send a revised ICA to everyone
Changed your policy manual or team rules? Upload the new agreement once and send it to every agent in one click. You see who has signed and who hasn't.
Commissions and CDAs, done on the deal
Splits, team splits, fees and referrals worked out from each agent's plan. Parcel builds the CDA for title and keeps a ledger of what every agent was paid.
Pay agents by direct deposit
Send an agent's commission to their bank from the deal, through your brokerage's own Stripe account. Agents add their bank once; you see when it was sent.
1099s filed for you
In January Parcel totals every agent's commission, uses the W-9s you already collected, and files the 1099-NECs with the IRS and sends agents their copies. $5 a form, charged when you file.
Compliance review before it's a problem
Every document an agent uploads lands in your review queue. Approve it, or leave a note on what needs fixing. What's still missing shows on each deal's checklist.
Florida deadlines worked out
Inspection, financing, appraisal and closing dates calculated from the Florida contract on every deal, with a morning email when something is due or late.
